At Books2Door, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Books2Door account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the apparel in its original packaging along with the packing slip and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
